Wallfort Financial Services Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Wallfort Financial Services has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The consolidated results show total income from operations at Rs. 5468.72 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 21,716.83 lakh for the year, with a net loss after tax of Rs. 702.44 lakh for the quarter and a profit of Rs. 8,367.53 lakh for the year (including discontinued operations). Continuing operations reported losses both quarterly and yearly. Earnings per share (EPS) for continuing operations stood at a loss of Rs. 8.52 per share for the quarter, while combined continuing and discontinuing operations showed a basic EPS of (Rs. 5.36). The statutory auditors issued an unqualified report.
