Gufic Biosciences Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Gufic Biosciences has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving consolidated revenue of Rs. 819.81 Cr with a PBT of Rs. 94.43 Cr and net profit of Rs. 69.93 Cr for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. EPS stood at Rs. 6.97. A final dividend of Re. 0.10 per share (10%) is proposed. The board appointed Poddar & Co. as Cost Auditors and Manish Ghia & Associates as Secretarial Auditors. It also approved additional investments of Rs. 1 Cr each in its subsidiaries Veira Life FZE and Gufic Ireland, and accepted 5.12 lakh shares via right issue in Gufic Prime.
