The management is confident that ongoing investigations by the Directorate of Enforcement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act will not impact the financials. The company has issued convertible warrants raising ₹11.91 Cr, with ₹2.98 Cr received so far. The auditor has given an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
