Associated Ceramics Limited has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025 where the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025 were approved with an unmodified audit opinion from its statutory auditors. No dividend has been declared for FY 2024-25. The company appointed M/s Swapna Bhardwaj & Co. as internal auditors for FY 2025-26 and M/s Kirti Sharma & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved redemption of 1 lakh 6% Non-Cumulative Preference Shares at Rs. 500 each, totaling Rs. 5 Cr from available reserves.
