Lloyds Metals And Energy Limited — Important, 30-05-2025: Agreements

Lloyds Metals and Energy has approved acquiring a minimum 26% stake in Hexa Energy MH3 (wind) and Hexa Energy W2 (solar) projects for up to Rs 10 Cr and Rs 12 Cr respectively, securing captive renewable power from Hexa Climate Solutions subsidiaries. Lloyds commits to consuming at least 51% of power from these projects. It will also provide a corporate guarantee of up to USD 30 million for a step-down subsidiary SPV and invest up to Rs 27 Cr in HR Godavari SPV with Hinduja Renewables to enhance captive power capacity.
