Ashapura Minechem has announced a board meeting on which it approved consolidated financial results for FY24-25, with total income rising 3.6% to ₹2,813.82 Cr and operational profit before exceptional items surging 44.8% to ₹304.47 Cr. Profit after tax remained steady at ₹289.07 Cr. The Board proposed a 50% dividend (₹1/share). Growth was driven by strong showings in Bentonite, Kaolin, and Bleaching Clay, along with capacity expansions in India and new port operations in Guinea boosting bauxite exports. A strategic long-term mining and logistics deal with China Railway targets rising global bauxite demand. Mrs. Surekha Sathe joins as Independent Woman Director; Mr. Virendra G. Bhatt appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years.
