Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results and recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (10% on Rs.10 face value) for the year. The financial results show total income of Rs. 3,107.11 lakh with a net profit of Rs. 470.35 lakh for the year. The auditor, JD Pawar & Associates, issued an unmodified opinion on the financials. The company also plans its 40th AGM, with the record date set for dividend eligibility. M/s. Somani & Associates is proposed as secretarial auditor for five years, and M/s. Deepak Mehta & Associates has been reappointed as internal auditor for FY 2025-26.
