Ajanta Soya Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Ajanta Soya Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 388.30 crore for the quarter and Rs 1,329.81 crore for the year, with a net profit of Rs 5.02 crore and Rs 27.15 crore respectively. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The Board appointed M/s R & D Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and re-appointed M/s K. G. Goyal & Associates and M/s Talati & Talati LLP as Cost Auditors and Internal Auditors respectively for FY 2025-26. Amendments were approved to policies on Related Party Transactions, Insider Trading Code, and Fair Disclosure of UPSI, enhancing governance and compliance.
