Superior Industrial Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Superior Industrial Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on the option to receive shares from MMG Realtech Private Limited as part of the demerger of Moon Beverages Limited. Shareholders of Moon Beverages can opt for either equity shares or 7% non-cumulative optionally convertible preference shares (OCPS) from MMG Realtech on a 1:1 basis. OCPS carry a maximum tenure of 10 years, with put and call options for conversion or redemption, and will convert to equity shares if outstanding at tenure end. Following this, MMG Realtech will replace Moon Beverages as the promoter company of Superior Industrial Enterprises, reflecting the transfer of investments due to the demerger.
