Ahlada Engineers Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ahlada Engineers has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. Revenue stood at ₹132.31 Cr with a net profit of ₹3.71 Cr for the year. The board accepted the resignation of the Company Secretary and appointed Mr. Garikapati Shyam Krishna as the new Company Secretary, KMP, and Compliance Officer effective June 5. Internal and cost auditors were re-appointed for FY 2025-26, and VCSR & Associates is proposed as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years, pending member approval.
