Ajanta Soya Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 388.30 Cr in the quarter, with net profit at Rs. 5.02 Cr. For the full year, revenue increased to Rs. 1,329.81 Cr and net profit surged to Rs. 27.15 Cr, reflecting strong growth. The company appointed M/s R & D Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and re-appointed K. G. Goyal & Associates as Cost Auditors and Talati & Talati LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Amendments were also approved for policies on related party transactions, insider trading code, and fair disclosure practices, enhancing governance and compliance frameworks.
