IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Important, 30-05-2025: Updates

IRB Infrastructure Trust is transferring three BOT highway assets to IRB InvIT Fund for an equity value of Rs.4,905 Cr and enterprise value of Rs.8,450 Cr. The deal will unlock Rs.15,000 Cr for new sector opportunities, fueling asset rotation and targeting growth of its asset base from Rs.80,000 Cr to Rs.1.4 lakh Cr in three years without adding leverage. This move strengthens the IRB InvIT Fund with stable, high-revenue highway projects.
