NPR Finance Limited has announced a board meeting on 30th May, 2025, where the board approved the audited financial results, cash flow statement, segment-wise revenue, and capital employed for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. The company reported a net loss before tax of ₹4.48 lakh for the quarter but a profit before tax of ₹75.19 lakh for the year. No dividend has been proposed. The Board has proposed re-appointments of key directors and auditors subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The Bagdah branch office will be relocated from 1st June, 2025. A revised Code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information was also approved to enhance transparency.
