Ador Multi Products Limited has announced a board meeting approving key leadership changes including the appointment of Mrs. Praveen Kumari Singh as an Independent Woman Director, Mr. Arvinder Singh Pasricha as a Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh as Executive Whole Time Director and CFO.
