Hilton Metal Forging Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company’s total income rose to Rs 168.22 Cr from Rs 139.89 Cr year-on-year, while profit after tax slipped to Rs 6.18 Cr from Rs 6.69 Cr. Raw material costs increased significantly to Rs 143.47 Cr, and debt levels rose to Rs 60.99 Cr. Cash flow from operations dropped sharply to Rs 2.73 Cr. New cost and secretarial auditors were appointed for FY26, with a clean audit opinion.
