CP Capital Limited has announced a board meeting on financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue rose 17.6% to Rs 67.3 Cr, with profit before tax at Rs 52.8 Cr (78% margin) and profit after tax up 11.1% to Rs 40.7 Cr. EPS is Rs 22.35. The company completed the merger with Srajan Capital and demerged its education business into a separately listed entity, Career Point Edutech Ltd. CP Capital is now a registered NBFC. Three interim dividends totaling 30% were declared for FY25.
