Veritaas Advertising has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 1,515.61 lakh from Rs 1,035.05 lakh year-on-year. PBT reached Rs 212.92 lakh with net profit at Rs 147.31 lakh, delivering an EPS of Rs 5.42. The company raised Rs 848.16 lakh via its IPO, mainly funding police booths and traffic signal displays across several states, with some funds parked in fixed deposits. Operating cash flow dipped due to working capital, but financing activities maintained liquidity.
