GKCL has announced a board meeting. The audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year could not be approved due to non-receipt of the statutory audit report. The company proposed amending its Memorandum of Association to add lending against gold and vehicle financing as key activities, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Saroj Gupta has been redesignated as Managing Director, replacing Mrs. Divya Malini Gupta, who resigned. Mr. Pardeep Kumar Misra joined as Executive Director. New appointments include M/s Ayesha Gupta & Co. as Internal Auditor, M/s G Rishabh & Co. as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s Punam Kumar Gupta & Associates as Statutory Auditors, all subject to shareholder approval. Several board committees were reconstituted, and the registered office will shift within Delhi.
