Popees Cares Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, accompanied by an auditor’s report with an unmodified opinion. The company appointed Mr. Omkar Mundhra and Mrs. Sumita Mishra as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms. It plans a 99% reduction of capital due to accumulated business losses, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The AGM date has been set for July 18, 2025. Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26. Other board reconstitutions and internal audit appointments were deferred.
