EBITDA nearly doubled to ₹1,804 Cr, boosting margins to 26.2%. A ₹3,320 Cr QIP helped cut debt and strengthen the balance sheet. The shipyard subsidiary resumed operations with on-time deliveries, while the Bengaluru residential project secured OC with 90% units sold. The nearly completed LNG terminal sets the stage for new energy growth. Dividend declared at ₹0.10 per share.
