Vishvprabha Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The board appointed Mr. Manish Prabhakar Patil as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval, and reconstituted key committees with him as Chairperson.
