Abate As Industries Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Abate AS Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved changes in directorships, including Mr. Pattassery Alavi Haji’s move from Independent to Non-executive Director and Mr. Ali Thonikkadavath’s change from Non-executive to Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Three new Independent Directors—Mr. Rishin Rasheed, Mr. Ambramoli Purushothaman, and Mr. Sivadas Chettoor—were appointed. The continuation of Mr. Mohammed Kutty Arikuzhiyil as director beyond 75 years is also subject to approval. M/s. Sasi Vijayan & Rajan were appointed Internal Auditors, and M/s. Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates were appointed Secretarial Auditors for coming years. Company policies were updated and reviewed.
