Precision Electronics Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving key leadership changes: Manmohan Singh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, bringing over a decade of finance and audit experience in manufacturing. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Veenita Khurana has resigned, effective June 30. Narender Malik has been appointed as GM-Operations. The company secured significant Aerospace & Defence orders worth Rs. 68 Cr for execution in the current financial year. Additionally, new office and manufacturing facilities in Faridabad will become operational within two months, supporting anticipated business growth.
