Abate As Industries Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Abate AS Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Key leadership changes include Mr. Pattassery Alavi Haji moving from Independent Director to Non-executive Director, and Mr. Ali Thonikkadavath shifting from Non-executive Director to Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Three new Independent Directors were appointed: Mr. Rishin Rasheed, Mr. Ambramoli Purushothaman, and Mr. Sivadas Chettoor. Mr. Mohammed Kutty Arikuzhiyil’s continuation as director beyond age 75 is also subject to shareholder approval. M/s Sasi Vijayan & Rajan was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and M/s Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 2025-30, pending shareholder consent. The company also updated and reviewed all its policies.
