Indo Count Industries has expanded its US presence with acquisitions in utility bedding (Fluvitex, Modern Home Textiles) and is setting up a new manufacturing facility in North Carolina by Sept 2025. It acquired the Wamsutta brand to boost direct-to-consumer sales. FY25 revenue rose 16% to Rs 4,191 Cr, driven by volume growth to 106 million meters. However, Q4 margins fell due to lower average selling prices and higher fixed costs amid tariff uncertainties.
