Muthoot Capital Services Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-05-2025: Issue of Securities

Muthoot Capital Services plans a private placement of rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable NCDs worth up to ₹75 Cr, issuing 75,000 NCDs at ₹10,000 each, with a green shoe option of ₹25 Cr. Two series are offered: 12 months at 10% p.a. with monthly interest and partial mid-term redemption, and 18 months at 10.15% p.a. with monthly interest and full redemption at maturity. Proceeds will be secured by book debts and loan receivables. The NCDs will be listed on BSE.
