Genesys International Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Genesys International Corporation has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Group reported revenue of ₹94.16 Cr and a net profit of ₹18.997 Cr for the year. The company completed the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Virtual World Spatial Technologies Pvt Ltd, effective April 1, 2023. It raised ₹110 Cr via Qualified Institutions Placement by allotting 17.4 lakh shares at ₹632.32 per share. Key leadership changes include Mr. Pavan Tsunduru’s re-designation as Chief Growth Officer and Mr. Vineet Chopra’s elevation to Senior VP – Legal, with Mr. Kushal Jain appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from June 1, 2025.
