Ganesha Ecoverse Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Ganesha Ecoverse Limited has announced a board meeting in which it approved the in-principle merger of its associate company, GESL Spinners Private Limited (GSPL), with itself. GSPL manufactures recycled spun yarn and sewing thread from recycled polyester staple fibre, aligning closely with Ganesha Ecoverse’s business in plastics and textiles. The merger aims to expand into yarn production from recycled materials, enhance operational efficiency, reduce overheads, strengthen financial position, and simplify compliance by consolidating group entities.
