Sanstar Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company recorded revenue of ₹953.42 Cr and a profit before tax of ₹55.03 Cr for the year. Net profit was ₹43.80 Cr, with an annualized EPS of ₹0.32. Post its IPO last year, Sanstar retains ₹116.38 Cr invested in fixed deposits from the ₹361.54 Cr raised. The board also approved appointing M/s Keyur J. Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25, pending member nod for FY 2025-26. The statutory audit came back clean.
