SMC Credits Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income of Rs. 1,900.38 Lakhs for the year, up from Rs. 907.23 Lakhs the previous year. Profit before tax rose to Rs. 1,558.20 Lakhs from Rs. 631.74 Lakhs. Net profit for the year stood at Rs. 1,251.62 Lakhs versus Rs. 307.28 Lakhs earlier. The board appointed M/s Neeraj Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and re-appointed Mr. Rajesh Goenka as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion and confirmed the company’s internal financial controls were effective. No deviation was reported in utilization of funds from the rights issue.
