Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, audited with a qualified opinion due to lack of detailed stock records, although closing inventory was physically verified. The company is launching a pilot retail trading project in apparels, investing up to Rs 5 Cr to boost market presence and brand visibility. It appointed Ms. Neha Avinash Marathe as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 and M/s. Ajit M. Joshi and Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Net profit stood at Rs 305.24 million, unchanged post-audit.
