Medicamen Biotech Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Medicamen Biotech has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved audited consolidated FY25 numbers, reporting revenue of Rs. 168.79 Cr and net profit of Rs. 6.56 Cr, down from last year’s Rs. 7.50 Cr. They proposed a 10% final dividend, pending shareholder approval. New appointments include M/s SPB & Co. as Cost Auditor, M/s Cheena & Associates as Internal Auditor, and M/s AMJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY26. Audit reports were clean.
