Despite higher operating costs, margins remained steady. The board appointed M/s. Gaurav Bachani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. Panchal S K & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26. The company, focused on FIBC bag manufacturing, recently completed an SME IPO, boosting its equity base to Rs. 7.51 Cr.
