Revenue rose to ₹581.79 Cr from ₹511.40 Cr last year, lifting PBT to ₹81.04 Cr. Net profit eased slightly to ₹56.75 Cr from ₹60.41 Cr. IPO funds have mostly gone into working capital and debt repayment, with ₹10.41 Cr still parked in fixed deposits. The audit report was clean, while the final dividend decision is deferred to the next board meeting.
