Shreeoswal Seeds and Chemicals has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹245.91 Cr and a consolidated net loss of ₹4.16 Cr for the year. The board strengthened its leadership by appointing Ms. Anjali Bamboria, Mr. Deepak Kothari, and Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Kumawat as additional independent directors for five years, pending member approval. CA Pawan Patidar will take over as internal auditor from June 1, 2025. Key board committees were also restructured with new directors stepping into leadership roles.
