Leadership changes include Mr. Pavan Tsunduru becoming Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Vineet Chopra elevated to Senior VP – Legal with resignation as Company Secretary, and Mr. Kushal Jain appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. New Secretarial and Internal Auditors were also appointed. The company raised ₹110 Cr through Qualified Institutions Placement and completed the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, enhancing operational integration and supporting future growth.
