Shivalik Rasayan Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shivalik Rasayan has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 320.08 Cr from Rs. 276.96 Cr YoY, with consolidated net profit increasing to Rs. 20.42 Cr from Rs. 18.07 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of 10% (50 paise per share). Amar Sharma & Co. and Cheena & Associates have been appointed as Internal and Cost Auditors respectively, while AMJ & Associates is set for a five-year term as Secretarial Auditor.
