Shree Pacetronix Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve key appointments. Ms. Shraddha Jain will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Shreyash Sethiya & Associates has been appointed Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company secretary, Mr. Yash Bagora, has resigned citing personal reasons, effective end of May 31, 2025, and Ms. Rupali Ahire will take over as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel from June 1, 2025. These changes strengthen governance and compliance functions critical for operational stability.
