The company reported a strong increase in equity from Rs. 6.58 Cr to Rs. 16.40 Cr and total assets rose to Rs. 171.79 Cr. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion. Ms. Himabindu Nandigam resigned as Company Secretary to pursue other opportunities.
