Sastasundar Ventures Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sastasundar Ventures has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated numbers show a heavy loss of Rs. 193.54 Cr on revenues of Rs. 11,109.55 Cr, mainly due to a Rs. 191.85 Cr loss from liquidating its Flipkart Health investment. The healthcare network segment remains a drag with losses before finance costs and tax at Rs. 259.31 Cr, while the financial services arm stays profitable at Rs. 20.53 Cr. The board also approved the re-appointment of key auditors and independent director Rupanjana De for another 5 years. No dividend declared.
