Uravi Defence and Technology Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Uravi Defence and Technology has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue reached Rs 44.60 Cr with net profit rising to Rs 2.54 Cr from Rs 2.30 Cr last year. The company added Rs 4.87 Cr in goodwill after acquiring a majority stake in SKL (India) Private Limited, now its subsidiary. It also set up a wholly-owned UK arm, Bharat Technology Limited. Fundraising efforts included Rs 18.81 Cr raised via partly paid share warrants, partially converted during the year.
