Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited — Others, 30-05-2025: Resignation

HealthCare Global Enterprises has announced a change in promoter shareholding with Hector Asia Holdings II Pte. Ltd. gaining sole control at about 51.41%. The former promoter, Aceso Company, is now a public shareholder. The Board replaced two nominee directors from the old promoter with Hector Asia nominees and redesignated Dr. B.S. Ajaikumar and Mrs. Anjali Ajaikumar Rossi as non-executive directors, appointing Dr. Ajaikumar non-executive chairman until 2030. Dr. Manish Mattoo will succeed Mr. Meghraj Gore as CEO from end-June. The Board approved governance changes and consultancy agreements for Dr. Ajaikumar and Mrs. Rossi, subject to shareholder approval.
