Swelect Energy Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Swelect Energy Systems approved its audited consolidated financial results, reporting total income of Rs. 668.61 Cr and a PAT of Rs. 13.98 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 3 per share has been declared. Leadership updates include reappointing Mr. A Balan as Whole Time Director for five years and bringing in Ms. Uma Prakash as an Independent Director. New auditors for Internal, Cost, and Secretarial functions have been appointed for FY 2025-26. The board also approved updates to the Articles of Association and set the 30th AGM for July 25.
