Swelect Energy Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Swelect Energy Systems has announced a board meeting outcome with key updates. The board approved the audited consolidated financial results, reporting revenue of Rs. 662 Cr and a consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 14 Cr. The company completed the sale of its remaining stake in Amex Alloys, booking a Rs. 32.5 Cr exceptional gain. A final dividend of Rs. 3 per share has been proposed. The board reshuffle includes the reappointment of Mr. A Balan as Whole-Time Director and the appointment of Ms. Uma Prakash as an Independent Director. New internal, cost, and secretarial auditors have been appointed for FY26.
