Shreeoswal Seeds and Chemicals has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit ₹245.91 Cr, with profit before tax rebounding to ₹5.10 Cr from last year’s loss. While the Seeds segment saw losses, the Psyllium segment drove strong profits. The board appointed CA Pawan Patidar as internal auditor and welcomed three new independent directors, naming Ms. Anjali Bamboria as Chairperson of key committees. Operational restructuring and committee changes were also approved.
