Osia Hyper Retail has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹1,43,275 lakh from ₹1,15,000 lakh YoY, driven by higher inventory and trade receivables. Profit before tax dipped to ₹2,562 lakh from ₹2,906 lakh as employee costs and finance charges rose amid business expansion and increased borrowing. Strong financing cash inflows of ₹20,106 lakh backed growth despite operating cash outflows. EPS came in at ₹1.46 (basic). No dividend or major strategic moves were announced.
