Swelect Energy Systems Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 30-05-2025: Record Date

Swelect Energy Systems has announced a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share for FY25, with the record date set for July 18, 2025, and payment on August 7, 2025, subject to AGM approval. The 30th AGM is scheduled for July 25, 2025. The board also approved reappointing Mr. A Balan as Whole Time Director for five years and appointed Ms. Uma Prakash as an Independent Director.
