Asian Hotels (East) Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Asian Hotels (East) has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 154.07 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 17.52 Cr, down year-on-year. Standalone revenue was Rs. 134.34 Cr, netting Rs. 25.40 Cr. The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%). The company faces a risk from its subsidiary GJS Hotels’ Odisha property lease dispute, reflected in a modified audit opinion, but management expects a positive outcome. Acquisition of Hyatt Regency Mumbai remains delayed.
