Shri Tribhuvanprasad Rameshwarlal Kabra resigned as Executive Chairman and Director, replaced by Independent Director Shri Ramesh Chandak as Non-Executive Chairman. Founding promoter Shri Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra was promoted to Managing Director from Joint Managing Director. Shri Mahhesh Tribhuvanprasad Kabra and Shri Rajesh Shreegopal Kabra have joined as Executive Directors, reinforcing the family-led management and supporting governance, operational stability, and future growth.
