Kody Technolab has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year with revenues of ₹31.78 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹7.42 Cr, reflecting solid growth. The company appointed M/s. Jitendra Parmar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. Sorab S Engineers & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY26. Ms. Preeti Tolani joins as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. On strategy, Kody Technolab is entering the North American market, planning a manufacturing facility in the USA to boost its global presence.
